Basic Audit
Our service starts with a professional site visit to assess your load profile, installation location, and operational requirements for prime or standby power, whether for marine or stationary applications.
We review your existing electrical infrastructure, define redundancy and synchronisation needs, and recommend the most suitable Everllence (formerly MAN) generator configuration, fuel system, and controls for your site.
Meter Installation
ICTnexus installs permanent meters at key switchboards to measure kW, kVA, power factor, and power quality, giving a clear picture of your real load profile. This ensures correct sizing of the Everllence generator and supports ongoing energy management and future solar or battery integration. The data supports correct sizing and configuration of your Everllence (formerly MAN) generator, and it also becomes the foundation for ongoing energy management, maintenance planning, and future integration of solar or battery systems.
Supply and Installation
Once the scope is confirmed, ICTnexus organises the supply and delivery of the selected Everllence Sole marine or PrimeServ stationary generator set, including canopies, fuel tanks, switchgear, and accessories. Our technicians install the genset, complete electrical and mechanical connections, integrate controls, and prepare the system for commissioning in line with international standards. For multi-genset or hybrid sites, we configure and test synchronisation systems, load sharing, and automatic transfer or changeover functions to ensure seamless operation with your existing network.
Maintenance & Lifecycle Service
For multi-genset or hybrid sites, we configure and test synchronisation systems, load sharing, and automatic transfer or changeover functions to ensure seamless operation with your existing network. The generator is then fully commissioned under real operating conditions, with safety checks, performance verification, and operator handover and training.
After commissioning, ICTnexus provides scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for your Everllence generators under the Omnicare service concept, helping to minimise unplanned downtime. We support you with spare parts, remote assistance options, and upgrade paths so your power system remains reliable throughout its lifecycle.
