- Gas Consumption: The BMS implementation led to a significant 14.54% reduction in gas usage, demonstrating its effectiveness in managing the Yanmar Gas Air Conditioning system
- Electrical Consumption: While more modest, electrical savings were still notable, with an avoided energy consumption of approximately 0.456 MWh over six months, representing a 1.42% decrease from the baseline
Smart Technology Integration

- LoRaWAN Sensors: These provided real-time temperature data, enabling precise scheduling and control of the HVAC system
- Weather Station: Installed to generate Cooling Degree Days (CDD), this tool aided in analyzing climate patterns and their impact on energy consumption
